Wristband Distribution Details for Stone Store & Dappledown
Opening Night ~ Thursday, July 10th ~ 7-10pm! 

At Stone Horses, we deeply appreciate your time. To prevent long waits in line, be good stewards of attendee safety, and ensure no one misses out, we are again implementing a wristband entry system for shopping the opening night of the Stone Store and the Dappledown Soirée, Thursday, July 10th! 

Shopping hours for the Stone Store and the Dappledown Soirée are from 7-10pm.

We are holding COMBINED shopping management for the Stone Store and for the Dappledown Soirée happening concurrently - so come get a free wristband that gets you into both shopping experiences at once! You need a wristband to be in the first groups to shop at the Stone Store and/or the Dappledown Soirée, even if you are planning to only shop one or the other.

These wristbands are for Thursday/Opening Night Shopping Only. 

Shopping Quantity & Time Limits:

For the Stone Store ONLY: On Thursday, each person can purchase one run and one OOAK. You can grab up to 2 pieces in total, but you cannot pick 2 runs or 2 OOAKs. The limit is one of each to keep things fair and fun! Each shopping group will have 20 minutes to make your selections and join the check-out line. You are not able to stay in the shopping area once it's time for the next group to begin their shopping time.

For the Dappledown Soirée artists, there are no purchase or time limits. However, the Dappledown Soirée rooms do have a capacity limit for safety, and if this limit is reached folks will be asked to complete their purchases and exit so others may shop.  

If you are only shopping the Dappledown Soirée, you can proceed straight upstairs to the Dappledown Soirée area upon entering the Mansion with your free wristband group. If you are shopping the Stone Store and Dappledown Soirée, you will need to shop the Stone area first, complete your purchases, and then proceed upstairs to the Dappledown Soirée. Please note that the Mansion is a very old building, with no elevator or ramp leading to the upstairs area. If you are unable to walk up stairs, we do have shopping assistants who can assist with shopping upstairs for you! Each shopping group will have two volunteers with you, let one of them know that you need assistance with an upstairs purchase and they'll be glad to help. 

We know this feels complex - but for the safety of all involved, we must carefully manage crowds in the Mansion via the Paddock Pavilion on our busiest shopping night. We strongly encourage checking out our facebook group to view albums of available models before the event, as well as viewing Dappledown Soirée artist offerings, so you have an idea of what you might like before the evening of shopping arrives! We will be doing a video walkthrough of Thursday night's inventory and layout on our Facebook group so you can see ahead of time exactly where to find your hopeful purchases. If you need more time to consider, you are welcome to return on Friday evening for open shopping at 7pm, where you may browse all evening until the store closes at 10pm.

How the Wristband System Works: 

Wristband distribution is scheduled for Thursday, July 10th at the Equilocity & Dappledown Soirée Welcome Party in the Paddock Pavilion between 4-7pm. The Stone Store & Dappledown Soirée are located in The Mansion, but we will not allow lining up outside in the heat - all waiting to shop needs to take place in the Paddock Pavilion where there is air conditioning, seating, friends, snacks, and cold drinks! Visit comfortably while waiting to shop - no lines in the outdoor heat!

Wristband entry times for groups 1-8 will be assigned through a random drawing, guaranteeing each customer an equal opportunity to be at the front of the line for shopping regardless of the time you are able to come for your wristband. If we don't run out of wristbands between 4-7pm, group 9 will be held for folks who arrive after 7pm so they can still shop at the end of our shopping groups.  

Customers will be admitted in groups of up to 25 for shopping, with each group allotted 20 minutes to select their purchases and join the check-out line. (We are doubling our number of cashiers this year to speed this along!)

To receive a free wristband, customers must be present; wristbands will be attached to the customer's wrist at that time. One cannot pick up wristbands for others. Furthermore, it is not permitted to trade or exchange wristbands.
