I HAVE AN ORDER IN PROCESS - WILL THERE BE ANY DELAYS?
There will not be any delays to previous orders. We want to assure all of our incredible customers that if you have models on order, they will be faithfully produced and shipped to you by the same artists and methods you expect from Stone Horses. You can look forward to continued service from Linda, Carrie, and the rest of the Stone Horses staff and artists you’ve built relationships with over the years.

CAN I STILL USE MY STORE CREDIT AND GIFT CARDS?
Absolutely! All gift cards or store credit issued before 12/31/2023 will be honored through 6/30/2024, so you have a full six months to make use of those credits before they expire. Moving forward, store credit will be valid for 12 months after it is issued, and gift cards issued after 1/1/2024 do not expire.

ARE YOU GOING TO OFFER LOWER PRICED MODELS? |We need time to learn, and to run the business without any meaningful strategic changes. We feel a great deal of responsibility to move carefully and intentionally, but assure you that pricing variability is absolutely on our list of topics to explore. Our current manufacturing processes are working very well, but do create some limitations around pricing. We are actively exploring ideas around pricing diversity in ways that will create more opportunities for collectors at all price points to join the Stone community, in ways that preserve and protect the investments our customers have already made in our models.

WILL STONE HORSES STAY IN INDIANA?
We have no immediate plans to relocate the factory. We have an excellent team and facility in Shipshewana, and there is no reason to make changes in terms of physical location.

HOW CAN I APPLY TO BE A GUEST ARTIST?
While we are still early in our transition process, we will be launching a few different ways to express interest in joining our team of artisans. From apprentice training opportunities to periodic guest artist stays, we are very excited to broaden the guest artist program to more of our talented artists across the community.

HOW CAN I SHARE IDEAS FOR NEW SCULPTURE/MODELS WITH YOU?
While we do have immediate plans to broaden our sculpture catalog, we have all of 2024 and most of 2025 already outlined. That said, I always welcome conversations with artists about their ideas, and encourage you to reach out via future@stonehorses.com and let’s chat.

WILL PETER AND ELAINE STONE PARTICIPATE IN ANY FUTURE ACTIVITIES? Yes! Peter and Elaine have expressed their commitment to this transition as a partnership, and we do look forward to visits from both Peter and Elaine at various Stone Horse events in the future, and will keep you updated on those opportunities through our normal communication methods.

WHAT CHANGES WILL YOU MAKE TO THE PRODUCTION AND BUYING PROCESS? At this time, you can expect DAH on the 1st of each month and the other runs and events to keep coming as they have been for the past several years. We are careful and intentional about all changes, and the current product schedules are working well. That said, if you do have requests or ideas of changes you’d like to see, please tell us by emailing future@stonehorses.com. We welcome all feedback and will take it all into account as we consider adjustments here and there going forward.

IS THE STONE HORSE COUNTY FAIR AND EQUILOCITY HAPPENING IN 2024?
Yes! You can also look forward to something special in February, and an online and in-person spooktacular October event. We have some really exciting plans coming together for all of these events, including several big surprises I can’t wait to unveil. From new sculptures to surprise give-aways and curated once in a lifetime experiences, we have so much in store for you in the coming year and beyond.

I WANT TO COME TOUR THE FACTORY!
While we have greatly enjoyed showing the magic behind the scenes to customers over the years, the time has come to discontinue that offering. As production techniques get more and more complex, we have more of a duty to our staff and community to protect those techniques and methods. While we are closing the curtain into production, we will still be providing progress photos and sneak peeks to our community through our usual channels, and will offer scheduled tour opportunities in partnership with some events - keep an eye out!
