This month’s Rule of Three shows the artistic ability and range of our artists. Carissa Mathews, Ellen Robbins, and Jess Hamill have created this group of extreme factory custom models and mini counterparts that will take you deep into the marshy woods, a place where you hope you don't sink into the murky bogs. The team used our Harmony sculpture and created three very distinct pieces of art!
Minos is a fiery creature on the move. Carissa made our Harmony sculpture into a stallion and tucked and turned his head and neck. The tail has been turned into a shortened lion unicorn tail that is swished with the tip made of tendrils of hair. He has a custom forelock and mane that continues down his back. Dragon scales run down his chest. Custom relaxed ears and curved horns jut out of his head. Amazing and detailed wings stretch out of his shoulders. What an amazing custom! From there, Ellen painted the dragon stallion to a beautiful red brindle. There are so many hues combined with a mastery of color theory on this horse, he's a sight to SEE! He has cloven hooves that are shaded and his scales also received the same shading. His wings received beautiful shading, going from red to a light tan. Minos is finished in satin, and no additional finishes are available.
