Each team is responsible for a critical part of the artistic production process, culminating in the best Original Finish model horses in the market, 100% made in America.

Our Departments

PREP

Our team of prepping artists starts with raw horses straight from the injection molding machine, sanding and smoothing the sculptures for a seamless finish.

CUSTOMIZING

The customizing team gives our fabulous lineup of sculptures new life, changing their body positions, mane and tail styles, and adding fantasy elements such as horns and wings.

PAINTING

The paint team creates unique OF (Original Finish) equine art using our proprietary paints to render a wide range of realistic and fantasy horses.

OFFICE

Our process artists work together to photograph, document, and list each and every horse. They communicate with customers, fostering the deep connection Stone Horses strives to maintain with the model horse community.
