Are you prepared for an epic scavenger hunt adventure?! The excitement begins at 8:30 in the morning on November 9th, when the first clue is started to be handed out. But don't worry, the madness doesn't end until 5pm when the hunt is officially over. So, grab your first clue and get ready for a wild and wacky adventure full of surprises. And remember, the hunt can begin at any time after the start time up until 4pm!

You may hunt in groups, but do not post any clue location spoilers to any social media, and be aware that prizes are awarded on an individual basis… so, go faster than your friends at the end😉
- You may not hunt ‘on behalf’ of anybody else – each hunter must get their own clue packets from each location. This is intended to prevent somebody from, for example, doing the show and sending a friend to get all their clues. However, if you have trouble bending to the ground for example, but you are otherwise are participating in the hunt and going to each location but just need a hand actually getting a clue out of the container, that’s totally fine!
- You do not need a cell phone or any other device to do the hunt
- If you get well and truly stumped, you can return to the Lake James ballroom and get a hint from Ellen Robbins, Hunt Master and Clue Writer Extraordinaire. No hints will be given via email, messenger, or phone – only in person from The Hunt Master!
- Clue locations are designed to be moderately challenging, and the hunt can be done entirely on foot, or with a vehicle to explore the park grounds/reach other locations on the grounds as necessary. You do not need to be in ‘hiking shape’ to reach each clue location, though you do need to be able to do some walking. Clue locations are a combination of indoors and outdoors, so wear layers and be prepared to get rained on/possibly walk through some mud!
- You are finished with the hunt when you complete the task on the final clue. How to finish is explained on that card, including the time stamp element
- Prizes will be awarded as follows:

- 2 Astrals for the two individuals who finish first and second based on a to-the-second timestamp of finished final clue task (how to get that timestamp is explained on the final clue)
- If a large number of people finish first within seconds of each other, we may change this to a drawing from among the first finishers - to be determined.
- 2 Astrals as a random drawing from among all hunt entrants who finish the hunt by 5pm
- 1 Astral as a random drawing from among all the hunt entrants who did not finish
- 1 Limited Edition Veronika Carter enamel pin to all hunt entrants who finish the hunt
