Once the purchase is complete, Stone Horses will email you to begin building your design. Please look for an email from DAH@stonehorses.com.
In this email, you will be provided with the options available within the builder, which can be accessed here: Design A Horse - Stone Horses.
DAH builder is designed to help you explore ideas and gauge pricing for your custom model, but it does not support direct purchasing.
After your model designs are confirmed with a Stone Horses representative, an invoice reflecting your design selections will be sent to you via email. Please make any changes and be assured that the invoice is paid within 10 days of invoicing.
Please be aware that the DAH models can take up to 4 to 6 months to deliver. For example, if you order your model in January, it should be delivered between May 31st and July 31st or sooner.
It's important to note that DAH listings should be purchased separately from ready-to-ship items if you do not want those items to be delayed in shipping. All models within the order will ship together once the DAH is complete.
There are no limits on the purchasing of DAH models.
