This piece is named Rarity for a couple of reasons. One, because a baby unicorn of this beauty is extremely rare! Two, because she was customized by Mona who has been retired for some time now, and we have so very few Mona pieces left. To have a Mona piece combined with Carrie Keller’s finish work is a rare thing indeed, as Carrie so rarely gets time to paint these days. Mona gave this filly an extra heavy long mane and tail with the tendril detailing she is known for, along with a super long forelock and unicorn horn. Carrie painted her to a stunningly delicate shaded pearl muted oil slick color – she looks mauve, grey, lavender, and silver in turns depending on how you perceive her. Rarity is really something special. All finish options are available on this piece.
