We can’t have a pirate-themed collection without the pirate who stole our hearts over the past couple of years – blonde-haired, blue-eyed Stede Bonnet. This series of EFCM Remingtons is groundbreaking. Maggie innovates in plastic once again, giving Remington a whole new head, neck, and pinned ears. What a head it is, too! He was created from the start to have his mouth open, which means his whole jaw mechanics are adjusted, down to the tension in his facial muscles and eyes. Maggie did all of the customizing on this piece herself, including his flying mane, tail, and forelock. Stede has clean clipped legs much like his prim counterpart – personal grooming is of utmost importance, after all. Maggie gave Stede a glowing dunalino appaloosa design with interference and pearl to bring out the dimension in his face especially. He has four incredibly striped hooves, mottling and spotting around his sheath, a perfect dorsal stripe and leg barring, and a star/snip combo. We do not recommend glossing this piece, as it can cause the interference to change appearance.
