Red Panda LE-5 Trotting Drafter by Enrique Duarte ES26

Enrique always creates with conscience, and this product line is his idea to shine a light on some of the world’s most fragile species that are in danger of extinction. In groups of ten models each month, Enrique will illustrate creatures from regions around the world and highlight how many individuals are known to be left.

For June, Enrique is honoring the adorable red panda, native to the Himalayas and nearby areas of east Asia. Enrique chose the Trotting Drafter for the depiction of the red panda with two interpretations: one as red panda mural and the other as a realistic bay roan inspired by the red panda’s coat. The mural decorator features a highly detailed red panda with etched fur and claws sitting on a branch with bamboo plants in the background.
