Permafrost is an adorable rendition of the arctic hare represented here on the Pebble Mule. She features a cutesy swishing tail with her classic bushy mane. Jess based this run off of the arctic hare as it sheds its coat in spring, giving it a two-toned quality as the soft shaded taupe coat comes through the wintry white. She is a run of 10 available in all finish options, and ready to ship!
