It’s not a Little Horse Show without a fun new take on our Chip Mule – please meet Pepper! Melanie Miller gave her a sweetly turned and tucked head and neck, an all new standing-up short mane, and a fun breezily swishing tail. Jess Hamill then painted her to a gorgeous roan blanket appaloosa with tons of intricately lacy reverse dappling and roaning, hand painted spots over her white blanket, and more. This is a showcase piece you won’t want to miss out on! She is a run of 15 pieces available in all finish options.
