Welcome to the world of Edgar Allan Poe, as retold by Ellen Robbins. This month we’re representing “Annabel Lee”, a melancholy tale of fiery young love that ended in tragedy. To depict the beautiful Annabel Lee, Ellen has chosen to paint our gorgeous new Harmony sculptures in both realistic and decorator colorways, as well as adorable Chip Arabians to match.
By the Sea pays homage to the seaside kingdom where this month’s story takes place. Starting with a custom Harmony with a swishing tail, Ellen painted her a deep metallic blue with blue eyes. She features beautiful dappling and bright blue shaded mane and tail tips. The lacy white markings cascading up her legs resemble white crested ocean waves.
