Brunelleschi is a totally new take on our iconic Ideal Stock Horse mold. Mel gave him a whole makeover! She almost totally redid his face, actually cutting it up and re-assembling it with extra detailing through his ears, nostrils, mouth, cheekbones, the whole thing has a fresh and extremely detailed look. She gave him a sweetly tucked head and twitched ears well, and then a whole new braided mane and show banged and braided tail complete with hand-carved pinwheel. You can see the individual locks of hair through the whole braid, it’s just stunning. Ellen chose the perfect paint design to showcase this model, a lovely glowing heavily dappled sooty buckskin with a wide blaze, four white socks with hoof striping, and etched marking edges all around. This guy will be a halter and performance all-star in his lucky winner’s show string, if they choose to show!
