Audacious Passion LE-20 FCM Remington by Julie Keim TS26

Join us for a fun walk down memory lane with the continuing Stone Tribute Series! 2026 celebrates 30 years of Stone Horses and The Peter Stone Company, and boy, do we have some fun surprises for you to reminisce over.

Stone has produced some iconic pieces over the decades, and we are having so much fun honoring a selection of those early pieces by revisiting them in new ways. We’re not exactly reproducing these gorgeous pieces, but rather drawing inspiration from them to create new pieces from our sculpture lineup and current production processes. Think of them as cover songs—in homage to the original.

Reckless Obsession is a dark chestnut overo that was released as a regular run in 1999. He was a portrait of the 1988 Paint stallion known for competing in Western Pleasure, Trail, and Halter. He earned the status of APHA Champion and numerous Superior titles. We are honoring him this month with two pintos: one realistic and one decorator representing the incredible work our artists do to constantly innovate, improve their skills, and push the envelope for Original Finish models.

Both of our Tribute releases this month feature something very special – an all new tail you all have never seen before! It was not created for any specific horse, but rather a versatile stock horse show style tail we can use in various ways to continue to elevate the factory customizing you know and love.

Audacious Passion is our decorator interpretation of Reckless Obsession. He features a short windblown mane and our new stock horse tail. Julie painted him a shaded pink and purple pinto. He also has subtle dapples and metallic tones throughout his coat.
