Wristband Shopping Information: How It Works

Wristbands are FREE color-coded randomly drawn assigned shopping times that allow event attendees to not have to wait in long lines, and be able to go grab a bite, stroll around the beautiful event grounds, and chill out with friends and come back in time to shop rather than waiting! 

Wristbands will be distributed via random draw between 5-6 PM in the Lake James Ballroom, at which time you will also be able to have a snack and see the table layouts of where models are located and what is present to shop from! Our staff will be available in the Store to bring models for you to see closer up, answer questions, and welcome you to the event.

Wristband Shopping Information: Quantity & Time Limits

Our Stone Store opens at 6 PM on Friday October 30th in the Lake James Ballroom!

For Friday's shopping hours, each shopper can purchase up to two Run models and up to two One of a Kind (OOAK) models for a total of up to four models each. You cannot choose 3 Runs and 1 OOAK or vice versa - it is a limit of up to two of each type of model offered.

We will have wristbands for 120 attendees to shop on Friday, and this should be more than enough. If we run out, or if we have shoppers who were not able to arrive before 6 PM to get a wristband, we will extend shopping hours on Friday evening to allow anyone who did not get a wristband to shop at 8 PM with the same purchase limits in place. Shopping re-opens at 8 AM on Saturday the 31st, and there are no limits and no wristbands on Saturday!

Each wristband shopping group will have up to 20 minutes to make your selections and join the check-out line. You are not able to stay in the shopping area once it's time for the next group to begin their shopping time. Stone staffers will be available in and around the store to answer questions as needed!

Wristbands will be fastened to attendees at the time of drawing, and it is not permitted to pick up a wristband on behalf of someone else. Shopping helpers are also not permitted barring an accomodation need in special circumstances, or parents of minor shoppers. If you have a friend whose opinion you value, they are able to help from over the stanchions, as the store is located inside the bigger room and you can bring any models you are choosing from over to the edge for discussion.

Much of the reason we limit shopping group size is for number of people in the store at once and preventing overcrowding around the tables, so we appreciate your cooperation! If the shopping groups wind up being smaller than 20 people each, we will relax this rule and allow friends and shopping helpers into the store, obviously only the wristband wearer is able to purchase.
