Volunteer Information

We are looking for ten people to help us run our Scavenger Hunt on Saturday, October 31st! These ten people will be at each of the ten treasure spots on the Scavenger Hunt, handing out clues and helping make sure our hunters have a great time!

We will need volunteers to check in with us at 8:15 AM in the Lake James Ballroom, where we will hand out materials and make sure everyone is set for the day. Volunteers will be done at 3:00-3:15 PM when the hunt is over, and then free to enjoy the rest of their Saturday however they would like! The hunt locations may be partially indoors and outdoors, so volunteers should be prepared with layers and comfortable shoes. We will provide a chair if the hunt stop is not already located in a seating area, and volunteers should bring a few snacks for the day! Volunteers will have access to our Staff snack area to grab a few things on Saturday morning, and a Stone staffer will make rounds on Saturday to spell people for restroom breaks.

In exchange for these hours, all volunteers will receive a very special LE-10 Pebble Mule designed just for this role, as well as a free Stone Horses t-shirt chosen from all shirt designs we have on-site at Moonlight Madness! The T-shirt can be picked up at check-in, and the Mules will be distributed at materials turn-in at 3:15 PM.

Do you have a partner, a sibling, a close friend, or anyone in your life who is interested in helping us out? Send the form their way and make sure they note you as the referral person!

Applications are closed, and thank you very much for your help! See you there!
