We are broadening our Stone Horses Artisan Marketplace this year to open applications to model horse artists of all kinds! This is a special one night only offering, complete with free high quality catering, drinks, welcoming music and atmosphere, and community. Last year our welcome party saw over 700 guests, and this year we are prepared for even more folks to turn out – join us! This year’s theme is haunted pirate ship, so the sky is the limit – bring your skeletons, your glow in the dark wares, your spooky creations – and if you’d like to dress in theme as well there will be a little bonus in it for you from us!

Your Role: Sell your art! We are offering free tables for artists who want to join in on the fun and host a 6’ table to sell their art during our party and marketplace. Vendor tables will be lining the room as folks enjoy quality time with their friends and wait for their time slots to shop in the Stone Store, so we have a crowd that is in the shopping mood!

Time Requirements: We know many folks have competing commitments on Thursday, so if you are not able to arrive in the 3-4 setup window or even before 4pm opening, that is your choice. Of course we’d love everyone to be ready for 4pm, but that’s not always possible, and you can decide what works best for your schedule, just let us know.

Responsibilities: You are welcome to have someone else run your table for you – this is flexible and meant to be a fun and easy going commitment!

Types of Art: You can sell ANYTHING that is model horse related from your table, so long as it was made by you and involved no generative AI. Resins, medallions, tack, props, books, stickers, customized models from any maker – as long as it is model horse related and not overtly obscene (we have kids attending) you can sell it!

Artist Requirements:All we ask is that you are friendly and welcoming to our guests, and we’ll be looking for folks to add to our group who have overall good standing in the model horse community.
