Avast Ye! Though any costume regardless of theme will make you eligible for freebies and the grand prize, our theme this year is Ghost Ship Gala! We want to see your best pirate-inspired looks, from imaginative sea-faring ensembles to legendary aquatic creatures to anything in between. Whether you dress as Davey Jones or show some sea leg, we can't wait to see what you all come up with!
Not to worry! If you draw a wristband for our 8:00-8:20 time slot and also wish to enter to win the costume contest prize model, you will be allowed to send a designated 'first mate' to shop on your behalf.
Jaydee - JD for short, for Jar of Dirt! This inventive clear bunny is a group effort from Ellen Robbins, Erin Corbett, and Matt Samuels! She is exactly what she sounds like - a jar of dirt. She's filled with clean railroad ballast in a custom mix of colors, plus some GOLD! Fool's, maybe, but gold nonetheless. She is sealed with a Stone horses wax embossed cork, plus a really cool array of hand-tied macrame cording complete with charms! You may recognize the Maggie Jenner-Bennett versions of Volo and Pimento that came out in her Micro Club - back for fun as charms on this prize!
