Welcome to the world of Edgar Allan Poe, as retold by Ellen Robbins. This month we’re representing his poem Morella, a gothic short story that explores what happens after death. The story centers around Morella, a mystical and spooky woman who falls ill and passes away after giving birth to an equally spooky daughter... who might be Morella herself reincarnated? Just in time for Mother’s Day, we’re bringing you this mysterious mother-daughter duo in the form of mares and foals!
Resemblance is Image’s baby, featuring the same luxurious marble paint style on our Pimento sculpture, complete with her fuzzy ears facing forward. She finished in satin matte, and additional finish options are available.
Our May Year with Poe large scale models are short pre-orders that are currently in production and expected to ship very shortly per your selections.
There are no purchase limits on A Year with Poe.
