Mel really went all in on the angry Pimentos, and this one is spicy! She has a raised and turned head and neck, added tension in her mouth (as she concentrates on her crimes) plus one ear back and one listening – but not to you. Ashley Palmer painted her to a gorgeous buckskin tovero with fully etched marking edges, pinking and shading in her body, and loads of detail throughout! She is finished in a semi-shiny satin and gloss is available.
This piece will be at auction on stonehorses.com from Tuesday July 7th through Tuesday July 14th and on display in the Griffin Gate Marriott Mansion in our Stone Store, on July 9th through July 12th – open all day on Sunday this year!
