We’re thrilled to present another beauty from Stone Horses Guest Artist Mainstay Kristen Cermele! She’s taken our Bunny sculpture and given him an extreme factory makeover into this dapper gentleman. In addition to customizing him to be a gelding, she straightened his head and neck, gave him a whole new customized mane and tail, and fuzzy ears that are relaxed in true gelding sleepiness. Kristen then painted him to a gorgeously detailed black roan, featuring hand etched mapping through his whole pinto pattern, warm contrasty shading, realistic slightly dirty feathering, and of course nicely detailed shaded hooves. He comes in a soft matte and finish changes are not available on this piece.
This piece will be at auction on stonehorses.com from Tuesday July 7th through Tuesday July 14th and on display in the Griffin Gate Marriott Mansion in our Stone Store, on July 9th through July 12th – open all day on Sunday this year!
