Created during her most recent Guest Artist stay, Carly has blown us away with this piece. She took our Arabian Stallion and gave him a big dramatic tucked and turned head with extra definition and wrinkling through his neck, an all new face with a straight saddlebred profile, new listening ears, an extra long mane, tail, and shaved forelock straight from the show ring. Carly then painted him to a luscious shaded flaxen chestnut with four tall white socks and a blaze, all with etching! He is finished in a lovely coat of gloss – of course.
This piece will be at auction on stonehorses.com from Tuesday July 7th through Tuesday July 14th and on display in the Griffin Gate Marriott Mansion in our Stone Store, on July 9th through July 12th – open all day on Sunday this year!
