Antipholus of Syracuse LE-15 FCM Andalusian by Ellen Robbins CL25

It is time to go back in time once again, to our Classic Literature series – the works of Shakespeare thoughtfully interpreted into model horse form by Ellen Robbins. This month, we explore The Comedy of Errors.

Our two main characters are twins – of a sort. Both on our Andalusian sculpture with fluffy mane on both sides of his neck and a loose tail, both in a gorgeous glowing dappled bay with three socks, a stripe, and a belly spot, but with subtle differences – including each having a mirrored dramatic head turn, as if noticing the other for the first time.

Antipholus of Syracuse has a dramatic head turn to the right. He is a limited edition of 15 pieces priced at $459.99, and is available in all finish options and scheduled to be produced this winter.

Because these releases are twins, we are relaxing our usual purchase limits and if you like, you are welcome to purchase one of each of these four models, so you can get the sets and re-create the moment of surprised recognition on your shelves at home.
