Join us for a fun walk down memory lane with the continuing Stone Tribute Series! 2026 celebrates 30 years of Stone Horses and The Peter Stone Company, and boy, do we have some fun surprises for you to reminisce over.
Stone has produced some iconic pieces over the decades, and we are having so much fun honoring a selection of those early pieces by revisiting them in new ways. We’re not exactly reproducing these gorgeous pieces, but rather drawing inspiration from them to create new pieces from our sculpture lineup and current production processes. Think of them as cover songs – in homage to the original.
Our second tribute in 2026 is recognizing Hillock Showson, a mold that came out in 1997 in a first release depicting the real Morgan Stallion he was sculpted to portrait! We did not have a plethora of show stance models at the time, and he was a really nice addition to many show strings.
Presenting Showtime and Run Brook, two runs featuring a new customization on our Morgan Stallion by Melanie Miller, painted by Julie Keim! Named for the real Hillock Showson’s sire and dam, these two designs bring his essence in to 2026 in all the right ways. They both feature a customized lifted and turned head and neck, new loose and windblown mane and tail, and a customized slightly outstretched hind leg to reference his show stance.
Showtime is painted to a gorgeous dappled shaded bay with a tiny star, and he is available in all finish options.
