Birmingham LE-20 FCM Irish Cob by Julie Keim TS26

Join us for a fun walk down memory lane with the continuing Stone Tribute Series! 2026 celebrates 30 years of Stone Horses and The Peter Stone Company, and boy, do we have some fun surprises for you to reminisce over.

Stone has produced some iconic pieces over the decades, and we are having so much fun honoring a selection of those early pieces by revisiting them in new ways. We’re not exactly reproducing these gorgeous pieces, but rather drawing inspiration from them to create new pieces from our sculpture lineup and current production processes. Think of them as cover songs – in homage to the original.

Our March tribute in 2026 is recognizing Manchester, a 2001 run on the Trotting Drafter that for his time, was incredibly innovative and detailed! He was painted using a style of masking involving a metal cage the models were clamped into and then painted, which we have since moved away from for detail and precision reasons, but he is a really cool piece of Stone History.

Presenting London and Birmingham, two runs featuring our Irish Cob sculpture customized with a loose flowing tail and fluffy mane on both sides of his neck, in two gorgeous colors designed and painted by Julie Keim.

Birmingham is a stunning shaded dappled buckskin sabino, an updated nod to the original Manchester’s color design! He is available in all finish options.

They are both limited runs of up to 20 pieces each, scheduled to be produced this late spring/early summer per your orders.
