All designed and painted by Ellen Robbins, she once again brings us a thoughtful and superbly executed group of 30 one of a kind pieces, shipped blind bag style based on your sculpture selection. Solstice and summer festivals are held during the longest days of summer, as a celebration of the light. Without the sun, there would be no life on earth. Yet we often overlook the pervasiveness and dependability of sunlight. These chips are listed for sale at 9:21pm on Tuesday June 24th, the moment of Sunset here in Shipshewana on Midsummer’s Day, and we hope you enjoyed a wonderful long summer day!

Finally, there is the moon. Moonlight is reflected sunlight, so what better way to celebrate the sun at an after-dark party? These ten OOAK warmblood chips represent the phases in the moon’s cycle, depicted in gorgeous shades of dapple grey. Named First Quarter, Full Moon, Last Quarter, Moonrise, Moonset, New Moon, Waning Crescent, Waning Gibbous, Waxing Crescent, and Waxing Gibbous, they bring every phase of the moon to life.
