Cart Checkout Issues

Unable to select shipping

A few customers have reported being sometimes unable to get past the shipping part of the cart checkout. The cart should auto select "Standard Shipping". If it doesn't and you cannot click on the Standard Shipping button, please try this:

  • Close your web browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox).

  • Reopen your web browser and retry your cart checkout.

  • Customers who have their browser set to keep them always logged in have found that logging out and then logging in again during the order process fixes the issue.

  • Please let us know if this was not a solution for you.

Bad or forgotten password

Try the Forgot Your Password link in the left column below the login button.

Forgot Your Password page didn't help

  • To receive a new password you need either your Username or E-mail address.

  • To use the login authentication token you'll receive by email, you may need to be accessing our site as:
    http://www.stonehorses.com
    not
    http://stonehorses.com

  • Try deleting your Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari cache and or cookies. Sometimes they prevent you from using the login authentication token.

No account found

  • On this website an account is not required to place an order. If you uncheck the "Register an Account" box during checkout, no account will be created.

  • Creating an account allows you to come back and view all the orders you have made.

I still cannot login

Shipping Information

  • Review or update your shipping addresses.
  • Click the big save button to save changes.

Order Information

  • If you ordered online you can login and see your order status, order history or change contact information.
  • When you place an order online you will receive Order Confirmation email immediately. If you paid using credit card on our website, your order status will show as "confirmed." If you paid using Paypal, your Order Confirmation email will show your order status as "pending." After you complete payment at PayPal your order status will change to "confirmed."
  • Your Order Confirmation email also contains a direct link you can use to check on your order.
  • Sometimes Order Confirmation emails end up in your spam box or are spammed out by your ISP. You can usually fix this by adding This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to your email address book.
  • You can check on your order by logging in and clicking on Account Maintenance.

Note: If you unchecked the "Register an Account" box during checkout, no account was created.

 

About Our New Website

  • Order History
    If you ordered before about August 1, 2010 - you ordered from our "old" website and your order history is not available. Orders placed after August 1 are in your order history.

  • Registered Members
    If you had a login account on our our "old" website before about August 1, 2010 and have not yet created a new account, please re-register when you place your next order.
